About Erin Sorani

For the past 25 years Erin has been serving the public in various ways. Her passion for helping others led her to a job at Cal Fire and a career as a Paramedic. “Whether someone was injured, needed to go to the hospital, or just needed a hug, I was there,” says Erin.

To Erin, Nevada County felt like the perfect place to start a family. “The sense of the community, the mountains, music, art, trails for hiking… I have a son who is 9 years old, my daughter is 6 years old; we have 6 chickens and 1 cat. We live in Grass Valley, walking distance to town. I’ve been investing in real estate in Nevada County since 1999. Now, I have the opportunity to turn my passion and love of this county into a career.”

With the motto that anyone can do anything if they just believe it, it’s no surprise that Erin is extremely motivated for her clients. “Over the years I’ve learned the art of being ‘pleasantly aggressive.’ I believe in working hard and striving to create a win-win outcome for my clients that I can be proud of.”

Erin is an avid bicyclist who competes in road races and the velodrome in San Jose. She loves knitting, is a dedicated mother and is excited to not only serve her clients, but also  the community she loves through real estate.
“Having ownership and feeling a sense of pride in our community is wonderful. I want other people to feel and have the same thing. I’m here to help build a stronger community one family at a time. I realize how fortunate I am. Serving people is what I love. Helping people achieve their dreams and goals fulfills me.”
